Serving Aotearoa
Established in 2016, Muskaan Care Trust NZ is guided by a simple but powerful belief: every life holds equal value. Rooted in the ethos of Leaving No One Behind, we work to empower individuals facing disadvantage or adversity, including people living with disabilities, health challenges, mental health conditions, women, new migrants and former refugees, those not in employment, education or training, and ex-offenders seeking to rebuild their lives.
Every life holds equal value.
We serve as a bridge between high-needs communities, wider society, government, and health and social services, fostering the cultural and linguistic understanding that meaningful support depends on.
Our work is shaped by humility, equality, and inclusivity. We are dedicated to enhancing quality of life for all New Zealanders by advancing education, culture, social welfare, health, wellbeing, and human rights, contributing to strong, healthy communities across Aotearoa.
We actively seek out and fund solutions that address social, wellbeing, and health inequities, so that everyone has the opportunity to lead a healthy, meaningful, and progressive life. Collaboration is central to how we work. Through partnerships and alliances, we support innovative initiatives, expand existing programmes, and extend our reach to those who need it most.
From awareness campaigns and policy advocacy to peer support, mental health, and navigation, our programmes meet people where they are.
