Tell us what you need.
When someone learns they're a carrier or that their child has a serious condition, English-language fact sheets aren't enough. Health decisions get made in the kitchen at the dinner table, in the language people grew up dreaming in.
Our translations are done by native speakers with health literacy training, never just Google Translate. They're reviewed by clinical experts and tested with community members before publication. It's slower, but it's the only way to do it right.
Our helpline team includes speakers of Hindi, Urdu, Samoan, Tongan, and Mandarin. Call any time, we'll connect you with someone who shares your language.
We can join clinical appointments with you and help translate clinical terms into plain language in your tongue.
We deliver in-language community workshops in churches, mosques, temples, marae, and community centres.
Tell us. If there's a community need, we'll work to add it.
